- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

2. Our Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:
- We will review the claim and remove or disable access to the identified material if appropriate.
- We will notify the requester once the removal is complete.
- If applicable, we will document the takedown internally and mark affected versions as unavailable (for example, showing a 404 page).
If an entire software title is subject to a takedown, all associated versions may be made unavailable.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material removed under a DMCA notice was removed in error or is not infringing, you may submit a Counter-Notification to our DMCA Agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its prior location on our site.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in accordance with DMCA procedures unless the copyright owner files a legal action seeking a court order.
4. Repeat or Unresolved Claims
OldVersion.com maintains a record of takedown requests to ensure compliance. If repeated or unresolved claims arise regarding a particular title or publisher, we may permanently restrict access to those files.
5. Policy Updates
We may revise this DMCA Policy from time to time to reflect legal, operational, or preservation changes. The date of the most recent update will appear at the top of this page.
